Barefoot in Toronto

Walking everywhere, the way nature intended...

Hello and Welcome to Barefoot in Toronto!

You have stepped into a shoe-free zone, so please kick off your shoes, stretch those toes and join me for a walk.

I'm Mauricio Morales (Barefoot Moe) and I simply LOVE being barefoot everywhere - yes even at work and on the streets! Being barefoot feels great, it's also very healthy, for one's feet as well as the rest of our bodies.

I have been indulging in the pleasures and benefits of a barefoot lifestyle since I was in my early 20's. I'm now 40 and my feet stay bare about 95% of the time, year-round.

Curious to learn more? Keep walking with me and I'll tell you all I know about barefooting and it's benefits.
